At Kawaii Stop, we want you to love your cute new finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Log into your Kawaii Stop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original aesthetic packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
